    We have found that some patients and families who have limited resources need help with unexpected end of life expenses, as well as a great need for end of life education within our community and for those who serve this population. Consequently, in 2008 we began the "Sunrise Points of Light Foundation." Your charitable donations enable the Foundation to provide assistance to individuals and their families experiencing end of life expenses for which they do not have the funding. As well as education efforts for end of life care, and to increase awareness of the benefits and availability of health and end of life services for those experiencing end of life needs. Sunrise Points of Light Foundation is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a not-for-profit charity under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations to the Sunrise Points of Light Foundation are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
